Located in the Miami Design District, Chef Evan Funke brings his legendary Italian cuisine and pasta lab to a 10,000 sq. ft. space in the historic Buick Building. The restaurant seats up to 200 guests and features two private dining rooms. Designed by MBDS in collaboration with Bernadette Blanc.

Located in the heart of Williamsburg, this country bar gives New York City its first taste of vintage Palm Springs and Pioneertown. The 4,000 sq. ft. live music and food venue was built from a raw warehouse space and required extensive code upgrades and fit outs. This project features a special off-site fabrication process which enabled custom and high-end design features, while significantly cutting cost and time spent.

Designed by Herzog & de Meuron in collaboration with Ian Schrager and developed by Witkoff, this 28‑story property in Manhattan’s Bowery features 367 guest rooms and 11 condominium residences at its pinnacle. The hotel has a critically-acclaimed restaurant, nightclub and rooftop bar.
Managed construction of all guest rooms, several public spaces and oversaw post-opening construction activity. During time at Cumming.

Located on Sunset Boulevard in the Sunset Strip, this 190 guest room hotel is operated by Marriott and was designed by Ian Schrager in collaboration with John Pawson, developed by Witkoff, and has 20 luxury condominiums. There are 48 suites and two penthouses in the hotel with outdoor terraces, as well as 6,500 sq. ft. of meeting and event spaces, including a nightclub and spa. There is also 13,000 sq. ft. of outdoor space and features a rooftop restaurant and pool.
Oversaw the project for the final 18 months of construction from construction to Marriott acceptance. Part of team that received West Hollywood’s first phased TCO. During time at Cumming.
